Base is made of recycled rubber and is resistant to weather, oil, salt, moisture, and UV light, will not chip, crack or crumble. Rust proof zinc plated hardware included. Molded-in hand grips make bases easy to pick up. 60 lb. base is for use with signs 24″ W x 24″ H or smaller. Optional wheels sold separately
