How It Works

Ordering something personalised should not feel like a gamble. Here is exactly what happens between you sending us an idea and a parcel arriving at the door.

Common questions

Before you order.

How fast do you ship?
Most orders leave our workshop the same or the next business day. We stock our materials locally instead of ordering them in per job, which is the whole reason we can do that. Tracked shipping is on every order.
Will the engraving wear off?
No. Engraving cuts the mark into the material itself rather than printing on top of it, so there is no layer to peel, crack or fade. Our drinkware is dishwasher safe permanently, not "dishwasher safe for a while".
Do I get to see it before you make it?
Yes. For logos, photos and custom artwork we send a proof of exactly what the machine will cut, and nothing gets engraved until you have looked at it and said yes.
Can you work from my photo or sketch?
Send whatever you have — a phone photo, a napkin sketch, a kid's drawing, a logo in the wrong file format. We redraw it properly for engraving as part of the job.
What is the minimum order?
One. A single piece costs the same per unit as our sample, and there are no setup fees at any quantity. Discounts start at 4 pieces for groups and 6 for logo work.
Do you do bulk, corporate or wedding orders?
Regularly. Tell us the quantity and the deadline and we will send real pricing rather than making you add things up from the shop. Repeat orders keep your artwork on file.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised pieces are made specifically for you, so they cannot be resold and are not returnable — which is exactly why we proof first. If we get something wrong, we remake it at our cost. Non-personalised items can be returned unused.
Where are you?
Chicago. Everything is cut, pressed and packed in our own workshop — nothing is drop-shipped or sent to a third party.
