Etched & Co. / The Workshop
Six machines under one roof, all of them ours. Nothing here is sent out to a third party, which is why we can quote a one-off and a run of five hundred in the same phone call — and why we can usually have it on a truck the same day.
Vector cutting and raster engraving on organics — wood, acrylic, leather, slate, glass, and coated metals. This is the workhorse behind the boards, ornaments, and leatherette patches.
Permanent marks on bare and anodized metal — no ink, no coating, nothing that can peel or fade. Deep-engraved pet tags, stainless drinkware, tool marking, serial numbers.
Full 360° wraps on tumblers, mugs, flasks, and bottles. Powder-coated stainless engraved back to the raw metal underneath, which is why the design outlives the cup.
Commercial DTF transfers pressed in-house on apparel, caps, and leatherette patches. We print our own transfer film, so a one-off costs the same per unit as a run of six.
Four printers running PLA, PETG, and TPU. Custom parts, replacement brackets nobody stocks anymore, cookie cutters modelled from your logo, and anything you can hand us as an STL.
Send a napkin sketch, a photo, a kid's drawing, or a logo in the wrong format and we will redraw it properly. Vector cleanup, photo prep for engraving, and CAD modelling from scratch.
